Byouto Shoujo Kan

Three months after suffering a sudden seizure, Souka is diagnosed with I-Type Vibeil Outbreak, a terminal condition that causes her body to produce an overwhelming excess of antibodies. These rogue defenses turn against her own cells, slowly destroying her from within. With no known cure, the only available treatment involves physically transferring her surplus antibodies into another patient by biting them and passing the fluid directly into their bloodstream. The recipient is Cildy, a girl afflicted with Louge Golge Syndrome—a condition that acts as the exact inverse of Souka’s illness. Cildy produces no antibodies whatsoever, leaving her entirely defenseless against even the most common diseases. Bound together by necessity, the two girls rely on this dangerous exchange to survive, each providing what the other desperately lacks. However, their fragile equilibrium begins to crumble as time passes and Cildy inexplicably grows weaker despite the treatments. Amidst this deterioration, Souka uncovers hints of a hidden truth surrounding Cildy. This concealed secret threatens to unravel everything they believe about their respective illnesses, casting doubt on the very nature of their bond and survival.
