In the city of Judoh, Claire Leonelli has inherited leadership of the Mafia group "Vampire" following the death of his father. To maintain order and prevent the resurgence of crime, the city's Bureau of Urban Safety employs Daisuke Aurora, a skilled operative, and the super android "J", a highly advanced, yet secret, entity. As both Daisuke and J navigate the city's underworld, they must work together to keep the fragile balance of power intact and protect Judoh from those who would seek to exploit its vulnerabilities.
