I Loved You So Much, Teacher...

This manga anthology presents a collection of poignant romantic narratives centered on the complex and often bittersweet dynamics between students and their teachers. The titular story explores the lingering emotions of a past relationship, capturing the heartache and nostalgia of a love that was once profound but ultimately constrained by circumstance and social boundaries. Through intimate character studies, the volume examines how memory and unfulfilled longing shape the lives of those who dared to cross forbidden lines in pursuit of genuine connection. Complementing the main feature are additional stories that expand upon themes of hidden affection and emotional captivity. "The Second Girlfriend from the Back" delves into the quiet pain of unrequited love and peripheral relationships, while "Captive Beast" uses metaphorical imagery to depict the intensity of restrained desire and psychological entrapment. Together, these tales form a cohesive exploration of vulnerable human connections, emphasizing the emotional weight of secrets kept within educational settings and the lasting impact of bonds that defy conventional expectations.
