Kon'ya Coin Laundry de Aimashou

Narita is a hardworking family restaurant employee in his late twenties whose demanding schedule leaves him constantly exhausted. Already feeling discouraged after receiving disappointing results from a recent job interview, he tries to unwind over dinner one evening by absentmindedly watching a recommended video on a streaming platform. The clip features Sasa Yoruzaki, a striking artist known for her impeccable fashion sense and exceptional vocal talent. Despite her cool demeanor and slightly cheeky attitude, she immediately captures Narita’s attention. Later that night, a minor laundry issue forces Narita to visit an aging coin laundromat. While waiting among the humming machines, he spots a woman nearby and is struck by an inexplicable sense of familiarity. Something about her presence feels distinctly out of place. As he studies her more closely, the realization suddenly hits him: the stranger standing before him is none other than Sasa Yoruzaki herself, the very same captivating artist he had just been watching on his screen only moments earlier.
