Sky Blue Square

Sky Blue Square follows the intertwined lives of three childhood friends: Miyuki, a girl struggling with amnesia; Fumika, a celebrated idol currently at the height of her career; and Shuuichi, an aspiring photographer who shares a deep history with both girls. Two years ago, a tragic accident robbed Miyuki of her memories, causing her to withdraw emotionally from those around her. Over time, however, she has slowly begun to open her heart again, finding unexpected comfort in Shuuichi's presence. Their bond occupies a delicate space—more intimate than ordinary friendship, yet undefined by romance. This fragile equilibrium is disrupted when Fumika decides to step away from the spotlight. Taking a hiatus from her demanding life as a super idol in Tokyo, she returns home with one clear intention: to see Shuuichi. Her sudden reappearance stirs long-dormant emotions and complicates the quiet connection forming between him and Miyuki. As the three reunite, their overlapping feelings create a poignant emotional triangle, forcing each of them to confront what they truly want from one another.
