Scarface

Set within the brutal and unforgiving universe of the Baki franchise, Scarface shifts the spotlight to Kaoru Hanayama, one of the most formidable fighters in the series. Known for his immense physical strength, unwavering code of honor, and distinctive scars, Hanayama steps out of his usual supporting role to take center stage in this dedicated narrative. The manga explores his personal journey, delving deeper into the life of a man who commands absolute respect and fear in the underground fighting world. Rather than focusing solely on the tournament battles that define much of the broader Baki saga, this story offers a closer look at Hanayama's unique path and the challenges he faces. As a central figure navigating a landscape filled with dangerous adversaries and intense confrontations, he must rely on his raw power and unbreakable will to overcome every obstacle in his way. This spin-off enriches the overarching mythology by providing fans with a focused exploration of a beloved character's background, struggles, and enduring legacy within the martial arts underworld.
