Kieli

Kieli lives a deeply isolated existence, burdened by her unique ability to perceive the spirits of the dead. Shunned by the living, she retreats into solitude, finding companionship only in Becca, the precocious ghost of a former student who haunts her dormitory room. Her quiet, withdrawn life is irrevocably altered when she encounters Harvey, a striking yet emotionally detached young man who shares her rare gift. However, Harvey harbors a far darker secret: he is one of the Undying, an immortal soldier engineered for warfare who now finds himself relentlessly pursued by the Church. Drawn into his dangerous world, Kieli accompanies Harvey on a solemn pilgrimage to put to rest the spirit of a fallen corporal bound to an antique radio. As they travel together through a hostile landscape, an unexpected bond begins to form between the reclusive girl and the weary immortal. For Kieli, this unlikely journey offers something she has never known—a genuine sense of belonging in a world that once shunned her. In return, her presence provides Harvey with something equally profound: a reason to keep living after centuries of endless war.
