Hoshi yo Oka yo Fuyu no Ao yo

Hana is a rebellious young man burdened by an unimaginable, almost otherworldly beauty. Rather than embracing the life his appearance might afford him, he harbors a fierce and singular dream: to become a master swordsman. His mother, however, has entirely different plans for him, intending to leverage his striking looks for her own purposes. Unwilling to surrender his ambitions, Hana makes the bold decision to leave his home behind. He sets out on a journey inspired by the legendary Soyogo, a fearsome warrior renowned for slaying fourteen people, determined to carve his own path with a blade. Upon joining a group of guards, Hana’s world shifts when he crosses paths with Hijiri, a deeply enigmatic youth who drifts through life untouched by either joy or sorrow. Where Hana burns with ambition and defiance, Hijiri remains a quiet mystery, existing in a state of emotional detachment. As the two young men navigate their shared duties and personal aspirations, an unexpected connection begins to take root between them. What unfolds is a tender story of dreams pursued against all odds, exploring how the warmth of a blossoming love can reach even the most guarded heart.
