Dark Hunter

By day, Takeshi Hazama leads the ordinary life of a high school student with aspirations of becoming a professional manga creator. However, beneath this unassuming exterior, he operates as a "Yami Kariudo," or Dark Hunter—a secretive assassin who takes up the causes of victims and the bereaved to deliver lethal justice upon evil individuals. In his line of work as an operative of the shadows, Takeshi utilizes unconventional implements as his lethal gear, expertly wielding a stainless steel ruler and a pen to eliminate his targets. Throughout his missions, Takeshi frequently crosses paths with Kyousuke Garyuu, a fellow Dark Hunter and treasure hunter who serves as his enduring rival. Depending on the circumstances and the nature of the contracts they pursue, Kyousuke shifts fluidly between being a valuable ally and a formidable enemy to Takeshi, adding an unpredictable dynamic to their shared underworld existence.
