Summary

In the Fifth Year of the Keicho era, the Tokugawa clan seeks to consolidate its control over Japan. Hidetada Tokugawa arrives at Ueda Castle with a proposal for the Sanada clan to submit to his authority. However, the Sanada and their loyal retainers have other intentions, setting the stage for a dramatic confrontation that will determine the fate of their clan and the future of Japan.
