Toaru Majutsu no Index x Dennou Senki Virtual-On: Toaru Majutsu no Virtual-On

In Academy City, a thrilling next-generation sport has captured the student populace: "Computerized War Machine Virtual-On," an intense contest featuring hand-to-hand combat fought by gigantic Virtuaroids roaming the city streets. Because this competitive arena places Level 5 espers and Level 0 students on an equal playing field through sheer skill, the phenomenon has spread with explosive momentum. Touma finds himself thrust directly into this craze when Index, piloting a white Bal Bados, engages him in battle as he operates a standard Temjin. Meanwhile, a peculiar girl named Furashina Ririn—who insists she is not "Ririna" and appears perpetually sleep-deprived—arrives in Academy City and crosses paths with Kamijou. This chance encounter triggers an unprecedented disaster that shatters the familiar routine of Virtual-On. Without warning, the towering war machines fuse directly with the geography of Academy City, signaling the onset of a catastrophic grand conflict. As the crisis unfolds, familiar faces such as Misaka Mikoto piloting her Raiden, Shokuhou Misaki operating her Angelan, and numerous other combatants are drawn into the fray to face this extraordinary anomaly.
