Kirishima Gakuen Seitokai Shikkoubu

Set within the vibrant student council of an exclusive all-girls academy dedicated to upholding the values of "freedom and hope," this young adult narrative follows the life of Hiyori Ugaki. As a first-year student in junior high, Hiyori finds her daily routine disrupted and her peace shattered after a strange man repeatedly confronts and involves himself with her during her morning train commute. While Hiyori ordinarily takes joy in her education, this unsettling encounter has left her deeply anxious, creating a growing dread about stepping out of her front door each morning. Desperate for a resolution to her mounting distress, she decides to submit her worries into the student council's anonymous suggestion box. To her surprise, this simple act of seeking help leads to an unexpected encounter with someone who steps forward to assist her through her ordeal.
