The SoulTaker: Tamashii-gari

In a world where a deadly disease has ravaged a human colony on the moon, Kyousuke Date and his mother take refuge on Earth, only to be pursued by a group of ruthless individuals. Separated from their family, Kyousuke's mother sacrifices herself to protect him, leaving him to fend for himself. Days later, Kyousuke discovers he has survived due to an unusual genetic makeup that allows him to transform into a powerful alien mutant known as the SoulTaker. As he navigates a treacherous world of evil mutants and corporate assassins, Kyousuke must also confront the fact that he has a twin sister, Runa, whose soul has been divided into multiple fragments, known as "flicker girls," which are being hunted by the Kirihara Group. With his newfound abilities, Kyousuke embarks on a perilous journey to save himself and his sister, whom he has never known.
