Official Details

Ash and his friends arrive in the city of LaRousse, where they encounter a young boy named Tory who has harbored a deep fear of Pokémon ever since a traumatic incident four years earlier. At the same time, Deoxys, a mysterious extraterrestrial Pokémon, resurfaces and encloses the city within a powerful barrier while abducting its inhabitants. In response, Rayquaza, the legendary Pokémon that dwells in the upper atmosphere, descends to engage its cosmic rival in battle.
