Growing up under the erratic stewardship of a perpetually restless father, Kyoichi has spent his entire life caught in a relentless cycle of relocation. Constantly uprooted from one town to the next, he has never been given the stability required to form meaningful connections or even make a single lasting friend. Determined to break the pattern, his latest relocation to a serene rural town comes with a firm resolve: to keep his head down, blend into the background, and live quietly until he finally graduates. However, this cautious blueprint for anonymity is abruptly derailed by Leo, an eccentric and unpredictable classmate. Thrust headfirst into Leo's whirlwind of chaotic antics and a vibrant circle of peers, Kyoichi finds his peaceful aspirations challenged as he is pulled out of his shell and into the unexpected complexities of teenage life.
