Tsuki no Himitsu

Tsuki no Himitsu is a two-volume light novel series whose entries can be read in any order. The first volume, Secret Moon, contains the main story of the same name alongside the short story Night of the Moon. While savoring the cool night air of Yokohama, Viscount Akihiro Sanders Tomoe encounters a wild young man with eyes that burn like fire. Intrigued by the stranger, Tomoe invites him home. Nearly a century earlier, a spurned lover ended Tomoe’s life, but a mysterious figure known only as Madame granted him a second existence—a resurrection bound by strict limitations. Having recently returned to Japan after an extended period abroad, Tomoe finds himself searching for a new companion. In Taichi Yamagami, he discovers far more than he anticipated. Possessing unnatural strength and those same fiery eyes, Taichi awakens sensations within Tomoe that he has never experienced before. Yet this captivating young man harbors a profound secret of his own. Governed by the phases of the moon, Taichi shifts between a gentle, naive intellectual and a rough, demanding lover. Confronted by a partner unlike any he has ever known, Tomoe is left to unravel the true nature of the enigmatic man who has claimed his heart. The series continues with the second volume, Secret Night.
