In a once-bustling rental complex that has long since ceased operations, only a single tenant remains. The building, now effectively abandoned by its former residents, is still home to the property's owner and his young grandson. Amidst this quiet and nearly empty space, one man stubbornly holds onto his residence, refusing to pack up and move on even as the world around him has already changed. His unwavering determination to stay raises more questions than it answers. What drives this lone occupant to cling so persistently to a defunct apartment building? At first glance, it might seem like a simple case of dependency—an inability to navigate life entirely on his own without the familiar walls he has grown accustomed to. As he continues to live alongside the owner and his grandson in the fading warmth of the complex, the true nature of his attachment slowly comes into focus, revealing whether his persistence stems from vulnerability or something far more profound.
