Bokutachi Futari ga Koisuru Riyuu

High school student Hanamura Naoyoshi faces daily challenges working part-time as a caregiver for the elderly. His routine is unexpectedly disrupted when he receives a special request from Sadamitsu Norihiko, the heir to a massive corporate empire, who needs assistance recovering from an illness. From their very first meeting, a bewildered Naoyoshi pledges his dedication to the role. An undeniable attraction sparks between them almost instantly, culminating in a sudden, shared kiss that blurs the lines of their professional arrangement. However, just as quickly as their connection forms, all communication abruptly ceases. The two find themselves unable to meet, leaving Naoyoshi stranded in confusion and longing. When they are finally reunited, the Norihiko standing before him has transformed into someone entirely unrecognizable, presenting a profound emotional conflict that threatens everything they began to build. A tender and deeply moving love story exploring the fragile complexities of sudden romance and shifting identities, this work also marks the debut manga of creator Sou Irime, crafted specially for this release.
