Saikyou! Toritsu Aoizaka Koukou Yakyuu-bu

Six years ago, a devastating loss on the baseball diamond left a group of young friends heartbroken but resolute. In the aftermath of that crushing defeat, they made an unbreakable vow to one another: someday, they would carry their friend Suzuo all the way to Koshien, Japan’s most legendary high school baseball stage. That childhood promise has lingered through the years, shaping their dedication and fueling their shared dream as they grew older. Now in their first year of high school, the long-separated friends have finally reunited with a singular purpose. Rallying behind the exceptional talent of pitcher Kitaro Kitaoji, they are determined to honor the pledge they made so long ago. Suzuo takes on a vital role off the field as the team's manager, guiding his friends from the dugout while they fight for him on the mound. The driving force behind their renewed ambition is Kitaro himself, whose signature left-handed submarine pitch sets him apart from any opponent they face. This distinctive underhand delivery gives the team a formidable edge, transforming them from hopeful underdogs into genuine contenders. Bound by loyalty and armed with an unconventional weapon, this reunited squad may finally possess what it takes to fulfill their childhood dream and reach the national championship.
