Oshigoto desu yo! Akane-san

Oshigoto desu yo! Akane-san is a comedic four-panel manga set within the chaotic environment of a modern workplace. The story centers on Akane, a dedicated programmer whose daily life is defined by the relentless pressure of looming project deadlines. Constantly racing against the clock to finish her coding assignments, she finds herself trapped in an endless cycle of stress and exhaustion as new tasks continually threaten to overwhelm her carefully managed schedule. Adding to her professional struggles is Yamagami, a salesperson at the same company who harbors a deep romantic affection for her. However, his approach to winning Akane's heart is entirely counterproductive to her peace of mind. Rather than offering comfort or relief from her heavy workload, Yamagami actively hunts for opportunities to bring even more projects and assignments directly to her desk. His misguided attempts at courtship only fuel the very deadlines that torment her, transforming the office into a stage for hilarious misunderstandings. This dynamic creates a frantic yet entertaining atmosphere where romance and corporate absurdity collide. As Akane desperately tries to survive each workday while fending off both encroaching delivery dates and Yamagami’s overwhelming enthusiasm, the series delivers a lighthearted look at the unpredictable nature of office life and unrequited affection.
