Deadly Sugar Syrup

Mizuki is a modern-day vampire who has long managed his predatory nature through unconventional means. Rather than feeding on blood, he sustains himself with a different bodily fluid—one slightly paler in color—allowing him to keep his darker urges at bay. To maintain his carefully constructed life, he strictly enforces one rule: his meals must always come from outside his personal social circle. This boundary keeps his secret safe and his conscience relatively clear. However, Mizuki’s disciplined existence shatters when his suppressed bloodlust unexpectedly surges out of control. In a moment of blind instinct, he attacks Sakura, a younger student attending the same college. The encounter leaves him reeling as he suddenly discovers that she possesses an intoxicating allure unlike anything he has ever experienced—a "delicious delicacy" that threatens to unravel his self-control entirely. Now, Mizuki finds himself caught in a harrowing tug-of-war between his rational mind and his overwhelming vampiric instincts. This intense struggle sets the stage for a deeply addictive narrative. Marking the striking debut of creator Machi Suehiro, the story masterfully blends dark supernatural tension with raw emotional conflict, delivering an unforgettable reading experience.
