Police inspector Ryoko Shima frequently recruits the reluctant teenager to assist in unraveling complex investigations that have left authorities baffled. Now, the city is gripped by fear as a ruthless serial killer claims a sixth victim. The murderer specifically targets young women, leaving behind a gruesome signature: their bodies are contorted into unnatural shapes and defaced with spray paint. As the body count rises and the investigation grows increasingly desperate, Inspector Shima turns once again to Eiji. Armed only with his psychic visions, the teenage delinquent must navigate a dark and violent underworld, racing against time to help the police identify and capture the killer before another life is lost.
