Dai-3 no Gideon

Set against the turbulent backdrop of France on the eve of its historic revolution, Dai-3 no Gideon follows two men driven by vastly different ambitions. Gideon, a commoner deeply moved by the suffering around him, dedicates himself to rescuing his impoverished nation. Working alongside members of the Estates General, he strives to enact meaningful change and guide his country toward a better tomorrow through unwavering conviction. Standing in stark contrast is Georges, an aristocrat who operates without moral restraint. Willing to employ any means necessary to achieve his ultimate purpose, he seeks not to reform the nation, but to see it utterly destroyed. As these two opposing forces—one yearning for salvation, the other embracing ruin—embark on their respective journeys, their fates become dangerously intertwined. Bound together by a volatile mixture of love and hatred, justice and malice, their colliding paths raise a haunting question: will their combined efforts drag France into a hellish abyss of bloodshed, or forge an ideal future from the ashes of the old world?
