Official Details
Every year, the Ushiromiya family convenes at the isolated estate of their aging patriarch, Kinzo. For Battler, this gathering marks his return after a six-year absence, reuniting him with his cousins for what should be a joyful occasion. However, the festive atmosphere quickly sours as severe weather rolls in and his youngest cousin voices a chilling premonition, casting a dark shadow over the reunion. Tensions rise further when the adults begin openly discussing how to divide Kinzo’s fortune upon his impending death. Seeking an escape from the grim conversation, Battler and his cousins retreat into childhood memories, recalling the eerie tales their parents once told them about Beatrice, a witch said to haunt the island's dense forest. What begins as nostalgic storytelling soon takes a horrifying turn as members of the household begin suffering unnatural deaths. Faced with mounting casualties and no logical explanation, Battler is forced to confront an unsettling question: could the legendary witch roaming the woods be responsible for the bloodshed unfolding around him?
