In the bustling streets of Ikebukuro, Tokyo, a distorted form of devotion lurks in the shadows. A sudden wave of violent slashings has gripped the district, weaving an unexpected web that binds together a group of seemingly unrelated strangers. Adding to the surreal atmosphere is a mysterious headless figure riding a pitch-black motorcycle through the city's labyrinthine roads. As these disparate lives collide, the relentless attacker continues to stalk the night, plunging Ikebukuro deeper into fear and confusion. The string of assaults is far from random; the blade-wielding assailant prowls the darkness with a singular, obsessive purpose. Driven by a twisted sense of love, the slasher searches endlessly for one specific individual, leaving a trail of terror in their wake while the interconnected fates of these unlikely figures inch closer to a dangerous convergence.
