A once-prominent entertainment producer finds his career in ruins, struggling to navigate life after falling on hard times. His fortunes appear to shift when he crosses paths with a young woman passing by on the street. Recognizing raw, untapped potential within her, he approaches her with a proposition: he will personally step into the role of her manager and guide her ascent to stardom. Known affectionately as "Ame-chan," she becomes his final opportunity to reclaim his former glory and reestablish himself within the ruthless entertainment industry. Together, the unlikely duo embarks on an ambitious journey to transform Ame-chan into a celebrated star while simultaneously paving the way for the producer's professional redemption. However, their partnership quickly reveals unexpected complexities. Beneath her exterior lies an overwhelming, almost consuming need for external validation that threatens to derail their carefully laid plans. Compounding this challenge is her fiercely unconventional sense of style, which defies every traditional standard of the industry they are trying to conquer. As they push forward, the producer must navigate not only the cutthroat world of show business but also the volatile emotional landscape of his uniquely demanding protégé.
