Daemons of the Shadow Realm

Nestled within a secluded mountain village overseen by two ancient stone guardians, a young man named Yuru leads a quiet, fulfilling life. He sustains himself by working the land and cherishes the simple peace of his surroundings. His deepest devotion, however, belongs to Asa, his twin sister and the only remaining member of his family. For Yuru, their bond is the foundation of his otherwise idyllic existence, anchoring him to a home that appears perfectly serene on the surface. Yet beneath this tranquil facade lies a disturbing reality. While Yuru enjoys his freedom, Asa is kept locked inside a cage, confined as a prisoner within the very village they call home. From her captivity, she is forced to perform an enigmatic duty on behalf of the local community—a mysterious obligation whose true nature remains hidden from the outside world. The stark contrast between Yuru’s peaceful daily life and his sister’s grim imprisonment raises unsettling questions about the village's traditions and intentions. As Yuru begins to confront the truth behind Asa’s confinement, he is drawn into a web of concealed motives and unspoken rules. The stone guardians watch silently over a settlement that harbors far more than pastoral charm. Unraveling why his beloved sister is treated as a captive will force Yuru to uncover the dark secrets buried deep within his seemingly perfect home.
