High School! Kimengumi

At Ichio Junior High, five students stand apart from the rest of the student body in every conceivable way. Rei Ichidou, Gou Reietsu, Kiyoshi Shusse, Jin Daima, and Dai Monohoshi form an unlikely circle bound by their shared inability to conform to the expectations of a normal school environment. Rather than blending into the background, these young men have carved out a notorious legacy defined by their sheer refusal to follow the standard path of adolescence. Each member of this quintet brings a distinct brand of eccentricity to the group. Their unconventional quirks and bizarre personalities set them far apart from their classmates, turning everyday school life into a spectacle. Perhaps most remarkably, they have achieved the dubious distinction of repeating grades within junior high itself—a rare feat that speaks volumes about their academic priorities and their complete detachment from conventional student behavior. Because of these outrageous antics and their unapologetically strange demeanor, the five friends have earned a lasting reputation among their peers. Throughout the halls of Ichio Junior High, they are known simply as the Kimengumi, an infamous collective whose very name strikes a mixture of bewilderment and recognition in anyone familiar with the school's most unforgettable troublemakers.
