There was a Cute Girl in the Hero’s Party, so I Tried Confessing to Her

Reincarnated into a fantastical world as a mid-tier demon, Youki is burdened with a single, uncompromising directive: destroy the hero’s party. As a loyal soldier of darkness, his existence revolves around carrying out this destructive mandate without hesitation. However, his unwavering resolve shatters the moment he lays eyes on Cecilia, the devoted priestess traveling alongside the very heroes he has been ordered to eliminate. Instead of seeing an enemy to be vanquished, Youki finds himself unexpectedly and deeply captivated by her charm. Overwhelmed by powerful emotions he never anticipated, the lovestruck demon makes a drastic decision. He resolves to confess his feelings to Cecilia, fully aware that pursuing a romance with a member of the hero's party constitutes the ultimate act of treason against the Demon King. By choosing love over loyalty, Youki places himself in direct opposition to the dark forces he was reborn to serve, risking everything for a chance at happiness. Now caught between his demonic origins and his undeniable affection for a holy priestess, Youki must navigate a treacherous path where one wrong step could mean annihilation. As these two sworn enemies are drawn together by fate, the question remains whether genuine love can truly blossom across the battlefield dividing them.
