Kanagawa Elves

Two years ago, a devastating forest fire swept through a hidden woodland sanctuary, destroying the ancestral home of a community of elves. Stripped of their refuge and forced to adapt to an unfamiliar world, these displaced beings eventually resettled in Kanagawa Prefecture, attempting to build new lives within modern human society. The transition from a secluded, magical forest to the bustling environment of contemporary Japan presents daily challenges as they navigate a reality far removed from everything they once knew. Against this extraordinary backdrop, the narrative centers on an ordinary human who unexpectedly becomes roommates with one of these elven refugees. Sharing a modest apartment, the two must bridge the vast gap between their respective worlds, learning to coexist despite their fundamentally different natures.
