Secret Married Couple: Cupid's Mischief

Fujisawa Katsuya is a thirty-five-year-old, unremarkable office worker whose life is completely ordinary. At his company, he works alongside a junior colleague who shares his exact given and family name, though written with different kanji. This other Katsuya is an exceptionally handsome heir to a wealthy family notorious for his promiscuous lifestyle. The lives of the two men dramatically collide one day when the older Katsuya attempts to rescue a female employee from being forcibly taken home by his reckless younger counterpart. During the resulting struggle, both men fall into a nearby river. When they surface, Katsuya discovers that his consciousness has been swapped into the body of his wealthy and handsome rival. Trapped in this new existence, he suddenly finds himself thrust into domestic life with Reiko, the strikingly innocent wife of the younger Katsuya, who still remains a virgin.
