Every morning, Momoyama Yumeko rises before dawn to prepare homemade delicatessen dishes for the small food stand where she works. For her, this quiet routine is a source of genuine fulfillment, allowing her to dedicate herself entirely to the craft of cooking and the satisfaction of serving others. She pours her heart into every meal she creates, finding deep purpose in the simple, honest work that defines her daily life. However, her devoted family views her lifestyle through a far more critical lens. To them, Yumeko is merely squandering her youth and potential on humble labor that offers no real future or social standing. Convinced that she needs proper guidance toward a more respectable path, they take matters into their own hands without her consent. Determined to set her life on what they consider the right track, her relatives arrange an introduction to a potential marriage partner. This sudden intervention forces Yumeko into an unexpected crossroads, pitting her personal happiness and passion for her work against the heavy expectations and pressures of her family. As the arranged meeting approaches, she must navigate the tension between the quiet life she has built for herself and the traditional future her loved ones insist she embrace.
