Summary

Official Details
Following the sudden passing of her father, Chizu’s life is turned completely upside down. Known for her outspoken and bold personality, she has spent her formative years living freely in Las Vegas. However, the loss of her parent leaves her without a home in the only city she has ever known, forcing an abrupt end to the independent lifestyle she once enjoyed. Uprooted from the bright lights of Nevada, Chizu is taken across the world to live with relatives in Japan. This relocation thrusts her into an entirely unfamiliar environment where the customs, expectations, and daily rhythms stand in stark contrast to everything she grew up with. Stripped of her usual surroundings, she must navigate the complexities of a foreign culture while processing her grief under the watchful eyes of family members she barely knows. Now caught between two vastly different worlds, Chizu faces a daunting personal challenge. Her naturally vocal demeanor, which served her well in Las Vegas, may not easily translate to the more reserved atmosphere of her new household. As she attempts to find her footing in this strange country, the central question remains whether her strong-willed spirit will allow her to adapt to her new reality or if the overwhelming changes will prove too difficult to overcome.
