In 1986, at the end of the Showa era, Sakamoto Yu found himself suddenly transmigrated, only to discover that his system was misaligned by thirty years. After three months of struggling to find his place, including repeated rejections as an extra despite eight attempts, Sakamoto Yu couldn't help but ponder the nature of his situation. As he gazed at his interface and then at the sixteen-year-old Kudo Shizuka, he began to question the system's accuracy. It was then that the system generated a series of new missions, tasking him with interacting with a list of influential women who would later play a significant role in his life, including Asano Atsuko, Nakamori Akina, Sakai Noriko, and Miyazawa Rie. As Sakamoto Yu looked upon these iconic women of the Showa era, now youthful and vibrant before him, he was left speechless once again, struck by the increasingly absurd nature of his situation and the system that seemed to be guiding him through it.
