Umamusume: Pretty Derby - Beginning of a New Era

Jungle Pocket, affectionately called Pokke by those closest to her, is a fiercely independent Umamusume who has built a reputation as an unstoppable force in freestyle racing. Her world shifts entirely after witnessing Fuji Kiseki’s breathtaking performance at a graded Twinkle Series event. Inspired and determined, Pokke enrolls at Tracen Academy, the prestigious training school for Umamusume, where she is paired with Tanabe, a seasoned trainer who previously guided Fuji Kiseki’s rise. Together, they set their sights on the ultimate prize: conquering the Triple Crown series, a grueling sequence of three races that can only be attempted once in a lifetime. However, the path to glory is guarded by extraordinary rivals from Pokke’s own generation whose talents threaten to eclipse hers. Dantsu Flame brings unmatched discipline and an unyielding will to win, while Manhattan Cafe races alongside a mysterious shadow only she can perceive. Meanwhile, Agnes Tachyon operates as a brilliant mad scientist, constantly testing the absolute limits of what an Umamusume can achieve. As these four exceptional runners clash on the track with their pride and souls at stake, they push toward a finish line that promises to open the door to a brand-new era.
