For second-year high school student Nagi Seishirou, existence was defined by a single, recurring sentiment: everything was simply too much trouble. Content to drift through his days in absolute monotony, he avoided anything that demanded effort or enthusiasm. His life was an endless stretch of boredom, devoid of passion or purpose, until an unexpected encounter shattered his quiet routine forever. That turning point arrived in the form of Reo Mikage, an ambitious classmate driven by a singular dream of winning the World Cup. Determined to awaken this dormant potential, Reo introduced Nagi to the world of soccer, urging him to step away from his effortless lifestyle and embrace the sport. Through Reo’s unwavering influence, Nagi discovered a remarkable gift for the game, transforming his once-empty days into a pursuit of athletic excellence. Drawn entirely into Reo’s passionate vision, Nagi soon found himself facing a challenge far greater than anything he had previously encountered.
