KIZUMONOGATARI -Koyomi Vamp is a compilation film that condenses the events of the three Kizumonogatari movies into a single narrative. During the spring break between his second and third year of high school, Koyomi Araragi experiences a fateful encounter with Kiss-shot Acerola-orion Heart-under-blade, a legendary vampire known as both the King and Killer of Apparitions. He discovers her in a horrific state—her limbs brutally severed and her extravagant dress drenched in blood, lying helpless in a pool of her own making. Despite her monstrous nature and tragic condition, Koyomi is captivated by her beauty. Overwhelmed by fear and inner turmoil, he ultimately chooses to offer his own blood to save her life. When Koyomi awakens, he realizes the devastating cost of his compassion: he has been transformed into a vampire servant bound to Kiss-shot. Desperate to reclaim his humanity, he learns that his only path back requires recovering all four of her stolen limbs. Guided by Meme Oshino, a mysterious figure who acts as a neutral negotiator, Koyomi is forced to confront three formidable vampire hunters to retrieve what was taken. What begins as an ordinary school holiday rapidly spirals into a harrowing battle for survival, marking the start of a hellish final spring break.
