Delusional Monthly Magazine

Set in the town of Most City, an aging building houses a small publishing company on its second floor. This modest operation produces Delusional Monthly Magazine, a science periodical dedicated to documenting shocking anomalies and inexplicable phenomena that leave even seasoned researchers baffled. The entire editorial staff consists of a striking editor-in-chief and her sole editor, Tarou J. Suzuki. They are accompanied by an elementary-school-aged assistant named Jirou Tanaka and his dog, Saburou. Despite their unusual publication, the editorial office remains perpetually deserted. Instead of working at their desks, Tarou, Jirou, and Saburou spend most of their time relaxing at Rock, a coffee shop located on the building's ground floor. Their idle routine is abruptly interrupted when a scientist named Gorou Satou arrives seeking their expertise. His unexpected consultation sets the stage for a wildly outlandish new chapter in the magazine's eccentric history.
