Strike Witches: The Sky that Connects Us

In 1944, the devastating war against the Neuroi has finally reached its conclusion. The 501st Joint Fighter Wing, widely celebrated as the Strike Witches, successfully fulfilled their critical mission of defending Britannia from the relentless alien invaders. With the skies secured and the immediate threat neutralized, the unit officially disbands. Its members part ways to seek long-overdue rest and recuperation after enduring years of grueling combat. Scattered across distant regions—from the war-torn landscapes of Gallia to the sweeping deserts of Africa—the young Witches attempt to embrace a peaceful existence away from the front lines. However, their hard-earned tranquility is destined to be short-lived. A mysterious hybrid entity, born of both human and alien origins, emerges with a dire prophecy, warning that another catastrophic invasion looms on the horizon. As this ominous revelation surfaces, the former soldiers face an impossible dilemma. Their brief respite must be abandoned if humanity is to survive yet again. The pressing question remains whether the dispersed members of the Strike Witches can reunite swiftly enough to confront this unforeseen menace before it plunges the world back into chaos.
