KAWAGOE BOYS SING -Now or Never

Tenshi is a former choirboy with a deep passion for singing, yet he lacks the confidence to perform in front of an audience. Preferring to avoid the spotlight, he chooses to pursue a quiet, uneventful academic life where he can focus on his studies without unnecessary pressure. However, his carefully planned routine is disrupted when he crosses paths with Haruo, a disgraced former conductor determined to rebuild his reputation by forming a new boys' choir. Swept up in Haruo's ambitious scheme, Tenshi and several other reluctant members find themselves drawn into the ensemble despite their initial hesitation. The conductor’s eccentric behavior and demanding methods create chaos at first, but as rehearsals progress, the group begins to discover a shared joy in performing together. What started as an obligation gradually transforms into genuine enthusiasm for music. United by their growing love for choral singing, the boys set their sights on an extraordinary goal: competing in and winning the national contest. Through dedication and teamwork, they strive to overcome their personal insecurities and prove that their voices deserve to be heard on the grandest stage.
