In the city of Mikadomachi, a peculiar phenomenon occurs where those who consume Bikkuriman chocolate wafers are imbued with extraordinary powers. A group of teenagers who have eaten the snacks discover that they possess unique abilities, such as enhanced strength, the power of flight, and telekinesis. The main character, Tomo, is a high school student who has the ability to transform into a superhero called Bikkuriman. Using his newfound powers, he becomes involved in a mystery surrounding a sinister plot by an organization known as the "Men," who seek to exploit the powers of those who have eaten the Bikkuriman chocolate wafers for their own nefarious purposes.
