Enkan no Emotions

Arato Arakura is a high school student who deliberately keeps a low profile, navigating his daily life with a constant wariness of danger. Beneath this unassuming exterior lies a unique secret: he possesses the ability to manifest an invisible, paper-thin wall that only he can perceive. For Arato, this barrier serves as a quiet means of self-preservation, allowing him to avoid conflict and maintain the peaceful existence he so carefully guards. His cautious routine shatters when a mysterious woman named Konomi Kirara suddenly appears before him. She introduces him to a hidden reality, revealing that they are both "EMO users"—individuals capable of channeling their intense emotions into supernatural abilities. Her arrival thrusts Arato out of his sheltered life and directly into a dangerous, unseen conflict waged between these empowered individuals. Now caught in the crossfire of a battle he never sought, Arato faces a daunting challenge. Unlike other EMO users who wield destructive capabilities, his power is strictly defensive, possessing absolutely zero offensive potential. To survive the escalating warfare among EMO users, he must rely entirely on his wits and his impenetrable barrier, fighting desperately to endure a brutal world where his only weapon is the ability to protect himself.
