Justice Deserved

When two burglars murdered his wife and left his son in a coma, Tae-Pil Kim took matters into his own hands. His act of retaliation, however, cost him dearly. Sentenced to ten years in prison for seeking vengeance, he lost all faith in the conventional legal system and its ability to deliver true justice. The punishment handed down by the courts felt hollow, leaving him convinced that the law often fails those who need it most. His life takes an unexpected turn when he is offered a radical new role: becoming a Punisher. Operating as a government-authorized vigilante, he is empowered to enforce the ancient principle of the Code of Hammurabi—an eye for an eye. No longer bound by the limitations of traditional sentencing, Tae-Pil steps outside the courtroom to ensure that criminals face consequences directly proportional to their crimes. Armed with official sanction and driven by personal tragedy, he sets out to deliver the retribution the system denied him, ensuring that those who prey on the innocent finally receive the justice they truly deserve.
