Level 1 Demon Lord and One Room Hero

A decade has passed since the Demon Lord suffered a humiliating defeat at the hands of the valiant hero, Max. Now fully revived and burning with a desire for vengeance, the dark ruler returns to the mortal realm expecting an epic confrontation. He envisions facing the same dashing champion who once struck him down, ready to settle their historic rivalry in a battle worthy of legend. However, ten years of peace have drastically altered his former adversary. Instead of a noble warrior prepared for combat, the Demon Lord discovers that Max has degenerated into an unkempt shut-in, entirely devoid of ambition or interest in heroic deeds. The legendary savior now spends his days lounging as a complete couch potato, leaving no room for the grand rematch the Demon Lord so desperately craves. Faced with this absurd reality, the villain is forced into an unexpected role: he must somehow motivate and rehabilitate his old nemesis back into fighting condition. This bizarre new dynamic raises a compelling question about whether the Demon Lord can successfully restore Max to his former glory. Alternatively, the relentless apathy of the hero-turned-recluse might prove more formidable than any sword, threatening to drag the Demon Lord into the same lethargic existence and resulting in yet another defeat.
