Watt's Up, Girl?

Liang Xigua is a destitute young man scraping by in the forgotten corners of a sprawling city. His life is defined by hardship and solitude, marked only by the passage of long, lonely summers spent alongside his aging refrigerator. However, his mundane existence is abruptly upended when the appliance suddenly takes on a human form and thrusts itself directly into his daily routine. What follows is a chaotic partnership filled with absurdity. The two constantly clash over meals, struggle together to survive financially, and alternately drag each other down while offering unexpected support. Their turbulent coexistence generates a series of hilarious and ludicrous everyday situations as they navigate their cramped urban reality. As their bizarre shared life unfolds, Xigua begins to uncover a much larger truth hidden beneath the surface of the city. He gradually realizes that he is not the only person whose household appliance has mysteriously awakened to life, hinting at a strange phenomenon far beyond his own humble apartment.
