MIX MEISEI STORY Season2

Following their impressive run in the summer tournament, Meisei High School’s baseball team experiences a surge of new applicants. Among them is Kenji Nishiki, who returns after previously quitting over a dispute with the team manager during middle school. By spring, freshmen Otomi Tachibana, Ichiban Natsuno, Arisa Mita, and Ryo Akai join the high school. Ichiban dreams of becoming a pitcher, while Ryo arrives carrying a complicated history. His older brother Tomohito confides in Toma that they are stepbrothers—much like Toma and Soichiro—and that past troubles have strained their bond. Feeling inferior to Tomohito, Ryo had abandoned baseball despite his undeniable talent and love for the game. Tomohito asks Toma to use him as a villain to provoke Ryo into rejoining the team, and Toma agrees. With Ichiban, Ryo, and other new members on board, the revitalized squad enters the Eastern Tokyo block preliminaries for the summer national tournament. As Meisei advances steadily, the players confront formidable opponents including Kenjo, Seinan, and Eishin, chasing the coveted national berth. Amid intense games, memories of past summers resurface, and complex personal relationships intertwine. Adding further intrigue, a key character from TOUCH makes an unexpected appearance as the team fights toward its ultimate goal.
