R15+ ja Dame desu ka?

Akane Amou was raised in a strictly controlled household where her parents forbade all forms of entertainment. As a result, she has developed an extreme sensitivity to anything remotely suggestive or stimulating. Even a simple kissing scene in a television drama is enough to overwhelm her, leaving her entirely unequipped to handle the casual media consumption that her peers take for granted. Now entering high school, Akane resolves to break free from the constraints of her sheltered upbringing. She sets a clear goal for herself: to overcome her deep-seated aversion to mature content and experience the world more normally. However, confronting years of ingrained discomfort proves far more difficult than she initially anticipated, and her determination alone is not enough to bridge the gap between her intentions and reality. Her journey takes an unexpected turn when she crosses paths with Fuyumine, a passionate movie enthusiast who becomes a key figure in her efforts. With this newfound acquaintance by her side, Akane faces her most daunting challenge yet—attempting to sit through a film rated R15+. Whether she can successfully navigate the intense sensory experience of a restricted movie remains to be seen as she struggles to finally step beyond her lifelong limitations.
