ONIMAI: I'm Now Your Sister!

Mahiro Oyama was an ordinary young man whose life revolved around playing adult video games in the comfort of his home. However, his quiet routine is abruptly shattered when he wakes up one morning to discover that his body has been transformed into that of a young woman. The cause of this shocking change is none other than his brilliant but eccentric younger sister, Mihari, who secretly tested one of her unconventional scientific experiments on him while he slept. While Mahiro views the sudden transformation as an absolute disaster and desperately seeks a way to reverse it, Mihari sees an unprecedented research opportunity. She is fiercely determined to observe and study her sibling's new physical condition, showing no intention of undoing her work anytime soon. This creates a sharp conflict between the two: Mahiro longs to return to his isolated, game-filled existence, whereas Mihari is committed to keeping him under close scientific observation. Caught between his sister's relentless curiosity and his own desire for normalcy, Mahiro must navigate daily life in an entirely unfamiliar body. As Mihari continues her bizarre experiments, one thing becomes abundantly clear—Mahiro’s once-predictable days as a shut-in are over, and his future promises to be far stranger and more unpredictable than anything he could have imagined.
