The Way of the Househusband: Season 2

Bearing a menacing scar across his face and an intimidating glare, former yakuza enforcer Tatsu has traded his criminal past for a teddy bear-patterned apron. Now fully committed to life as a devoted househusband, he tackles domestic responsibilities with the same intensity he once reserved for the underworld. Having already conquered the everyday trials of grocery shopping, Tatsu sets his sights on a new ambition: joining a local women's association. However, earning their approval requires him to master refined arts such as flower arranging and meticulous housekeeping—skills he approaches with the tactical precision of his former profession. Whether engaging in intense haiku competitions, preparing for severe typhoon warnings, or confronting costumed villains, Tatsu treats every household endeavor as a high-stakes mission. His unwavering dedication is driven entirely by his love for his wife, Miku, for whom he would gladly overcome any obstacle. Yet, his peaceful domestic routine is frequently disrupted by unexpected visits from old underworld associates who still possess the fierce energy of their criminal days. Despite these interruptions, Tatsu never wavers in the face of a new challenge, proving that his supposedly quiet life as a househusband remains just as chaotic and demanding as his days in the yakuza.
