Reiwa no Di Gi Charat

Reiwa no Di Gi Charat is a short-form anime series produced to commemorate the twenty-fourth anniversary of the beloved Di Gi Charat franchise. The story follows Dejiko and Puchiko, two alien girls who originally hail from the distant planet Di Gi Charat and have made their way to Earth. Familiar faces return with fresh updates, as Hikaru has now grown into a high school student. Meanwhile, the notorious Black Gema-Gema Gang remains steadfast in their arrogant pursuit of villainy, continuing to march proudly down their self-proclaimed path of evil. Amidst this lively and chaotic backdrop, the series introduces an exciting new dynamic by bringing corporate mascots directly into the narrative as regular characters. Brocco-desu, the divine goddess representing the company Broccoli, makes her grand entrance alongside Bushirodo-no-Mikoto, the goddess affiliated with the company Bushiroad. Their arrival adds a novel layer to the bustling excitement that defines the franchise, blending the classic antics of the original cast with these newly introduced figures. Together, they navigate a vibrant world where extraterrestrial visitors, aspiring evildoers, and corporate deities coexist in delightfully unpredictable harmony.
